How We Build

How we build

How We Build Press Brakes

Eleven documented steps. No shortcuts. Paint first, assemble second.

The 11 Steps

1. Design

Every machine is fully modeled in SolidWorks 3D. HyperMesh/ANSYS stress analysis before any steel is cut.

2. Material

Steel plates with batch labels and material certificates. FEA before cutting — we don’t copy last year’s design.

3. Rough machining

Large components rough-machined first — then final finish, so the bed doesn’t shift after delivery.

4. Gantry finish

The entire bed is milled in one pass on our GMF8042 gantry (±0.02mm flatness). No section joints, no accumulated error.

5. Laser cutting

CNC laser cutting with clean edges — hole positions calculated, not marked by hand.

6. Welding + stress relief

Welding by certified welders, then thermal stress relief at 550–600°C so the machine doesn’t warp over time.

7. Paint, then assemble

We paint before assembly — not after. No post-paint grinding, no paint dust in precision surfaces.

8. Assembly

Hydraulic installation and controller calibration in a bright, clean assembly bay.

9. Testing

7-point inspection, 24-hour continuous no-load run, then real test bending. Every safety function verified.

10. Packaging

VCI wrapping, crate, container loading — and we send you a photo of the container interior before sealing.

11. Customer

Delivered, installed, and supported — with your machine’s complete digital engineering package for life.
